Please treat the home as you would yours. Please tie up and place all trash bags in the bins outside.

No allowed cats due to severe host allergies. Please contact us for any other pets.
The Renter/Guest is not permitted to keep any pets on the premises without the Owner’s prior written consent. Approval of the pet is conditioned on the Guest’s continued compliance with this policy.

Dogs allowed must be:
– At least one year old.
– Spayed or neutered.
– Obedient and calm – on and off-leash.
– Free from behavioral problems such as excessive barking or howling, chewing, scratching at/near doors and windows, hyper behavior such as jumping up.
– Non-aggressive toward people and animals. Please do not bring a dog to our property if it has any history of aggression.
– House trained. If your male dog likes to mark outdoors, please steer him away from exterior structures to avoid stains and odors. Fido can sign his name on plenty of trees instead.
– We recommend Flea/Tick prevention to protect your dog (and future guests).

Other restrictions include:
– Guest agrees the pet will not be allowed on furniture or in shower. Guest will bring towels and bedding to accommodate their pet.
– Pet food should not be left outdoors which attracts critters
– Guest agrees to clean up after their pet inside and outside. Guest will remove pet fur from the home and pet waste from around the property and place bagged pet waste in exterior garbage cans. Any excessive cleaning due to pet, or damage caused by pet will be taken out of the security deposit. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover damage, – Guest agrees he/she will promptly pay Owner for any damage caused by the pet.
– All pets must be current on vaccinations. Guest confirms that pet(s) is current on all shots and vaccinations.
– Only Guest’s pet is allowed on the property.
– Guest agrees to keep his/her pet under control at all times so that the pet does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
– Guest assumes any and all liability for any damage the pet causes, or harm the pet causes to the property or person of others. Guest agrees to hold Owner harmless for any damage or injury their pet causes others. – –
– The Owner recommends Guest obtain renter’s insurance that covers pets.

Dog Fees: (for short term stays)
$25.00 per dog per night, due after your dog/s has been approved. You’ll receive an email requesting payment of any outstanding pet fees. Dog fees are not applied to extra cleaning costs or damage repairs. Please contact us for stays longer than 6 nights.

Dog Security Deposits:
$150.00 only, fully refundable. Deposit will be returned within one week after check-out, less any charges for damages, extra cleaning or other pet-related costs. If issues are found after check-out, photos will be taken and shared with you to document the reason for the charges.

If the Renter/Guest has a pet on the property without the Owner’s prior written consent, the Renter/Guest shall pay a penalty of $300.00 for each day the unauthorized animal is on the Property without the Owner’s consent.
